We have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy taking over the internet because he's so sweet and adorable. This cute puppy is named Nessa. Despite being two years old and full-grown, Nessa looks like a pup even though he is already fully grown. The little Nessa weighs just seven pounds (3 kilograms), whereas most cavalier dogs weigh between 13 and 18 pounds. Thankfully, being tiny does not mean he has any problems. The puppy is still healthy and happy, and he adores his owners so much.
