Apple and Carrot Biscuits
1 cup grated carrots
1 apple, peeled and grated
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Roll out the dough and cut into desired shapes.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool completely before serving.
Storage:
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for longer storage.
